MGM Service Company is a privately held company with its headquarter based in Clinton Maryland, since its inception in 1997, the firm has enjoyed a high rate of growth build on its reputation for quality work and its ability to assist clients with their individual cleaning needs. MGM customizes cleaning programs to meet the specific needs of each property entrusted to us and manages them in a manner to ensure the satisfaction of our customers and their chief asset, “their tenants”.

Mathieu General Maintenance/MGM's, President and CEO is Mathieu Poulard who represents, owns, and direct a service organization, and when you attach your name to our organization, you’ve put more than your professional reputation on the line. Our accounts receive the hand-on involvement of the company’s principal who oversees every step of the cleaning programs and operations.

MGM and its principals have a reputation for service. We understand our client’s need for dependable, cost-effective service and deliver stability through our owner-operates structure. We nurture and place the highest value on long-standing relationship with our client’s base. And because we know our long-term success is determined by the long-term success of each asset we service, our clients know they are individually important to us.

MGM stresses client-value: we go to lengths to ensure that our clients receive the optimum return on the dollars and confidence they invest in us. To meet this challenge, we individually analyze clients needs, design a cleaning program to best fulfill those needs, implement the program, critically asses our own performance and keep all channels of communication with each client open:

ANALYSIS:
Cleaning programs are considered only following a detailed facility inspection and fully discussing with the customer what his or her specific needs and expectations are.

PROGRAM DESIGN:
Based on our analysis, we develop the detailed specifications, job descriptions, organizational structure, training and safety programs, and quality assurance criteria for the selection of personnel that will best fulfill the client’s needs.

IMPLEMENTATION:
Company principals are involved in all phases of program start-up and follow-through. They work closely with site supervisor through analysis and design to direct actual work performed.

CLIENT FEEDBACK AND QUALITY CONTROL:
Communication sustains successful long-term relationships, and we know that preventative measures are the most important components of any quality control program. We evaluate the success of programs through both client feedback and quality control inspections performed independently of the operations and marketing division. Customer interface is encouraged at all levels of our organization, particularly with the client contracts responsible for the quality and delivery of tenant services. Communication and dedication are the keys to excellence.
